A booking is a request until Transfika Tours confirms the reservation and required payment.

Payments

Online M-Pesa payments must match the booking amount. Keep your M-Pesa confirmation message until your trip is complete.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as early as possible if you need to change a date or cancel. Any applicable refund is assessed against the trip arrangements and our confirmed cancellation policy.

Travel

Departure times, meeting points and itineraries may change for safety, weather, park rules or operational reasons. We will communicate material changes.
